My post has just been. They have sent everything to me even though my mate was the lead name!! Even her visa receipt! Glad as I can take them to the match now and saved getting dups but gven I'll already be in London, could have caused problems

Also sent him my payment email . Apparently they nearly didn't give it to him because the bloke I spoke to

Bought 2 in seperate transactions. Collected 1 and they said the other has been posted. Might need to get a duplicate from the ground on tuesday. People in front got none and said there not sure where there 4 are so will need to get duplicates if they dont arrive in the post.

How can our ticket office not know what has happened to certain tickets?

I'm not surprised at all.. It's our TO! The only other job you could keep even if you fuck up all the time except our TO is been the weatherman!

3 lots from the 1st day of sale arrived today. Did them in 3's due to 3 cars going and thinking that would be best. Bought 2 yesterday to collect today. Gave a mates name to collect and he took ID and the email today but club said as he wasn't friends and family he couldn't have them ?, Cannot make it up. Even tho envelope was there !!. Gotta meet him Monday to pick them up even tho the club allows people to collect on your behalf, bollox

As I said above, we were told today that they couldn't find our envelopes and therefore they must've been posted out. They said that if they don't arrive then to collect dupes at West Ham. We bought them in the members sale yesterday and were told collection only, if they don't arrive by post then I'll be pissed off.

Mate picked up the member card that got confiscated in the first leg.. Funny enough, he was the one they took it off from and now knowing all the details, gave it back to him, along with the west ham away tickets. Dont know if any warning is on the way as well or not, but glad it got sorted.

I picked up someone elses tickets an never needed any of that. The person who bought put in the comments box my name on the transaction and when I went to the office I just give in my name and the fancard numbers an details an they give me them no problem.

Keep up momentum.

West Ham is an excellent place to do one, because the point can be made that they've both priced this game fairly and have made it clear that their home tickets next season will be sensible.

I bought four in three transactions and they couldn't find one. Asked if I had chosen the post option (even though they said there wasn't one !). Went off again to look and couldn't find it so then asked if it was in someone else's name. I said no as I was the lead name. Off she went again but no joy and said it must have been posted but I wasn't moving so she mumbled to herself while faffing around on the computer. Went off for a fourth time and finally came back with the ticket which her colleague had apparently just filed in the correct box! Unbelievable - and this took about twenty minutes
