Exactly, they "pissed the League" (Kerry Kantona) last year and are now 9 off the pace. Our shite result is irrelevant to that. It might make them feel slightly better but it won't get them any closer to Arsenal.

Don't be too sure about that. At least in terms of what they think ;)

The draw was a fair result, but we played well today. We've turned a corner and Liverpool are starting to show their true worth. By new years day we will be challenging for top 2 and LFC will be out of the top 4. You heard it here first.
Oh turned another corner have you, how many is that now this season?

Does it sound hollower when you say that this year though or do you genuinely believe that?

Turned a corner ?

Only managed a draw against a vulnerable Spurs who you have dominated for years?

It's hard to win back-to-back titles, I know many of you have no experience of this but just believe me on this.

We will challenge for the title, and you will not finish top 4. Quote me on that all you want.

I didn't say win, I said challenge. And because you aren't so used to a title race I will explain it to you.
It means being within 5 points off the top with 10 games to go.

I may agree with us out of top 4 now that Sturridge is injured. But United challenging for top 2?  :D. All you guys are doing is get the ball to the wings, cross. We are not expected to be in top 4 before season started anyway. But you are defending champions.
