I thought that was to do with Chelsea's term of the loan being invalid/illegal - in that they were going to charge Atletico if he played?

Just came off but had a very nice turn a couple of minutes ago.  Came to nothing because Lille are rubbish but Origi looks a player to me.

Looked good to me. Received and held the ball up well multiple times, had a nice pass.  Seems comfy w/ ball at his feet.
Horrid team he plays with, but he looks good.

Whoops. Anyone know the result?

Ah Lille won 2-0, Origi came on at 73 and almost got an assist for what would have been the third.

Get in. Kalou has signed for Hertha BSC. Freeing up Origi having more opportunity to lead the line for Lille. And when they both played together they couldn't link up at all.

Is Origi's training dictated at all by Liverpool now he's signed for us?

That's a good Q. I'd like to know that myself.

doubt it, scouts will likely keep tabs and Brendan will likely watch videos of Lille - French league is on BT Sport I think !
I'd say he'd pop over to Melwood if he's out injured/banned, for a meet-up with Brendan!

Just wondering as, by all accounts, he's only gone back to Lille because we had to let him go back to Lille.

If the training is entirely different to Brendan's setup then I was wondering whether it might hinder his development.

Will he talk to Brendan and the coaches at all or will he be left to it?
can't see Lille agreeing to a different training regime to the rest of their squad!
it's likely one or two things have been mentioned for him to concentrate on, stamina, ball-control/close-control etc., to fit in with our quick-tempo/pressing game.
Lille have a good enough set up I'd imagine, (regular Europa/Champs League qualifiers), Brendan would trust them to keep him right!

I'm quite happy with him staying on especially as they are in Europe, good experience for him - be interesting when the Everton games pop up! ;D

Haha - what I was getting at was more general really. Will the coaches and physios go over once in a while to give him a once over?

Obviously it's an unusual situation so was just curious to how it all works.
doubt they would go over, more likely Divock would come to Melwood, if he has time!
be nice to send a coach over once a month though, just to see what those sneaky French are up to! ;D
and also to pass a dossier on Everton over, goes without saying.  :boxhead

Imagine him scoring the winner against Everton in both ties, on the 88th and 89th minute.

Or is it too much to ask for Everton to not get spanked by the hour?

Belgian isnt a language I don't think. I remember studying Belgian politics at University a litte and I'm sure there are three different main language areas such as Wallonia and Flanders and what not. Dutch, French and I think in some small areas a little German, then there are a few non official languages I think as well.

Sorry for the tedious language lesson  ;D

I think they refer to their type of Belgian dutch as flemish. I'm pretty sure thats the most commonly spoken language and is spoken in the capital and in the political arena more often than not. Its basically dutch but with a few little changes I think. I'm far from an expert I only really studied it for a couple months and a few essays a while back.
