Those NFC wild card games look tasty, Packers/Giants especially.
Just came in here to post that  ;D

I remember the NFC Championship game all those years ago - what a classic ballgame.

Interestingly this years SB venue is hosting a playoff game when Raiders play at Texans, no team has played the SB in there own stadium[nearest we've had is one of the then LA teams playing an SB in the other LA stadium], & if they get to the SB, the Cowboys won't have to leave the State. ;D

Have a feeling the SB will be Giants vs Patriots again, Giants go to Green Bay as they did in 2007 & 11 seasons. ;)

My KC vs GB Superbowl antepost still going.

Wonder which game be the upset this year. Don't think Houston would be that much of an upset.

Great race for the award this year too. Usually it's pretty cut and dry, but there's a deserving few candidates for sure ...

Matt Ryan - Monster season
Tom Brady - Another monster season
Aaron Rodgers - Another all monster season, doing it all himself
Zeke Elliott - Bringing sexy running back
David Johnson - Srguably as good a season as Elliot all around
Derek Carr - Not quite monster season but he arrived bringing Oakland back with him

That's stacked.

Still wish the voters would band together to award the entire Dallas oline. It's as fitting as it sounds cheesy.

Generally not the 1.00 games on sunday.  If there's a big late afternoon game I'll watch, but it's a way of getting back at the interminable commercial breaks in tv coverage.  TD scored, EP kicked - ad break. Kick off flies into the end zone - ad break. WHY ARE YOU TAKING ANOTHER EFFING AD BREAK NOW??

Plus it generally makes me hear less of Phil Simms, which is great for my blood pressure (as does the no advert thing above).

Personally I'd go for Ryan as MVP, but strong cases can be made also for Brady and Rodgers (I don't think a RB should win in today's NFL unless he puts up ridiculous numbers or it's an especially weak year).

Wild card round
PIT-MIA
HOU-OAK
SEA-DET
GB-NYG

Divisional
NE-OAK
KC-PIT
DAL-GB
ATL-SEA

Championship
NE-PIT
ATL-GB

Superbowl
NE-GB

Yep Texans are not going to get past the Divisional rounds with Brock Osweiler as there QB, Texans are lucky Carr is out for the rest of the playoffs as i couldn't see them beating the Raiders had Carr not got injured.

I fancy a Packers Pats Superbowl as well, I still do have this lingering doubt about the Packers not showing up in the playoffs though, seen it a few too many times in the past, but they might be helped on this occasion by having to play meaningful games up to Week 17.

As a Giants fan they were the one team in the NFC that I was quite eager to avoid in the playoffs, no such luck!

Dear Denise York, please do the right thing and remove your son Jed from control, and give the franchise back to it's rightful owner Eddie D.

Or anyone except Jed.
