I bought Sky High, that's the LP the single came from....but then one of the best releases that year was Too Hot To Handle and both lp'S are very similar...obviously the Heatwave LP is the better of the two. ;D 

Plus I was as cool as fuck back then.  ;D

I remember buying a Marlena Shaw twofer on CD just because it was the Chess records branding, it was well worth it.

I know California Soul got used on an advert but I'm sure there was an ad with the vocal scatting bit from Woman of the Ghetto in, I can't find it though.

There was a version of this tune on it too, though for me this is the one:
