Back in the US tonight, here's a 5 minute featurette about the "new cast". Is it wrong that I'd really like to see a genuine episode with this cast?!

Just watched the new episode.

Had me going and checking series 2 episode 8 to check if a flash back was accurate. It was by the way.

Mac lost all that weight! Dedication that is, even if gaining and losing 50lb in such a short period of time is quite stupid and unhealthy. Good to see old mac back anyway

Also the return of the Lawyer was great, always love his little one twos with the gang.

But Charlie kept the Nazi hat in that old episode. Was no mention of that.

Yeah i actually thought the hat would be the treasure he was gunna tell Mac about, but in fairness i've seen that ep about 3 times this month. And thats not the ep i had to go back to to check if there really was a painting on the wall, it's the episode in season 2 where Dennis is running for office.

And now i gotta watch another after coming here.. Charlie Kelly: King of the Rats i think i'm heading towards. One of the best episodes i reckon. "Where's da robes!"

just watched episode 2 of the new season: brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

for long time viewers, if you remember the episode "The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis", you will cream yourselves at this one

it looks like this show has just moved into Arrested Development territory

I would also add if you remember "The Gang Runs for Office" or "The Gang Sells Out" or "The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby" or "America's Next Top Paddy's Billboard Model Contest".. Probably a few others but they're the few i managed to pick up on.

The theme of the episode was "Recycle" i was a bit sceptical when it became clear they meant to recycle things from old episodes, almost like a "jump the shark" episode i thought at first.

But by the end i'd changed my mind, they did it well i thought, some parts had me howling.
Great episode and one which'll have some good re-watch value.

Just started this last week after it took over the Modern Family thread. Over halfway through season 2. It's not gripping stuff but I keep watching the next one out of curiosity. Hooked without knowing.

I think Always Sunny might just be my favourite comedy show ever.

I like it more than AD I think, amazing as that show is.

Personally I think it's one of the funniest shows on TV. The show is basically about a group of selfish, egotistical arseholes, that's what makes it so funny in my opinion, you're not supposed to like them.

True, I guess for any show. Personally this is the first show that pops in my mind when someone asks my favorite show, but I could see how one could dislike it. I actually thought the first four seasons were the best, and then I felt it got a bit repetitive, but to each his own

I thought it was a decent episode myself. Found it hilarious Charlie was playing the sexy billionaire the entire time, just to get a tiny bit closer to the waitress. How he reluctantly had sex with her several times just so the waitress would reduce her restraining order from 100ft to 50ft

When's the next season gonna start? There's only so many times I can re-watch these!

Also that pic above with charlie and the guy in the grey coat, what episode is that from? I have all the series' downloaded but don't recognise that, must have missed it.

on note of missing the odd episode I saw the episode where Charlie pretends to be a rich texas man and Franks the limo driver who he's trying to hook up with the blonde girl he met online. When he vomits all that blood over her in the limo I lost it, really caught me off guard hahaha Amazing show!
