am amazed at the amount of shite quoted on here

voodoo ray anyone...?

I mentioned voodoo ray.....quality!

Beltram - Energy Flash..... Get in !!

Can't believe I forgot about that one! Absolutely quality tune. Think I've still got it on tape where Joey Beltram played it at the eclipse when he was about 17/18? The MC is disgusted that there were "people at the back of the bar, GET ON TO THE FLOOR, we got a New York style here!"

Stu allen maybe?!!

Didn't Stu Allen DJ for Key 103 in Manchester. If so, he's a manc, not irish (although I might be misunderstanding what you are asking?!)

i played that when it 1st came out,at the eclipse in coventry.i got it straight away off dave allen.big tune

Haha, the legendary Eclipse! It got purchased and overhauled into a Uni nightclub when I was a stoodent there.

They did a superb job of it to be fair. State of the art decor and design, great ambiance and a wicket sound system, but it was utterly wasted for student nights that only wanted to play Come on Eileen and Blur! Plus, it was a no go area on Saturdays as they opened it up to the non-student meathead locals.

Think the whole place has been demolished now. Rumour had it the Uni didn't have the site surveyed properly and it was all built on subsiding land :P

Anyone remember a piano classic "Aurivior Et Salou" i think. It was often used to close the night out, Time Flies always closed with it early 90's.

Sorry to sound pedantic, but wasn't Delirium - The Silence from 2000?

No the original was from 1998. Sasha used to cane the Fade mix in the Annexe at Cream.
It was re-released in 2000, with a trancier mix.

Too may to choose from but for sheer ecstasy Id go for The Strings of Life by Rhythm is Rhythm. For sheer mad spooky dark stuff I would have to say What Time Is love by The KLF ( the original version that use to scare the shit out of me in dark dingy cotton mills in Lancashire).
