Very excited by this signing. First time (and one of the only times really) I seen Emre Can was in a youth world cup. Looked like a man against boys. Quick,strong,energy,long strides,midfield dynamo etc. A few years later he pops up at Liverpool. Chuffed and wish him the best of luck here at LFC

I think this could be the most underrated signing of the summer. The young man has a lot of potential to be a great player for Liverpool.

Was my first signing in FM14 a few times!

I never played him though and usually sold him after 2-3 years because he wouldn't develop. Hopefully his real Liverpool career goes better.

Not a pop at Can in any way, but I often cringe at these generic introductions.

I almost wish someone would just cheekily come out and say "...I am mostly looking forward to stuffing the Mancs/Evertonians/etc..."

Even if they clearly had no knowledge of local rivalry, I'd just be impressed with a clever shortcut to charm the fans!

(Bet Lambert would have loved to have said it!)
