Just checked out the sale.  Hard to believe a 3rd round draw against the teams listed has already sold out.  Crazy stuff this year.

Child/adult block?
Know that's not the normal error message you usually get, but perhaps?

But there'll be less than 50,000 in the ground.

Not surprised.  Saw where someone mentioned credit hunters.  Again, looks like people doing their rounds hunting a final will prevent people who want to see an affordable match from going.  Oh well, gotta get back to work.  It's mid-morning here in the US.

Good luck guys!

Situations like this they should only give you the credit if the cards actually scanned at the turnstile

credit hunting was mentioned in jest a page or so before - yes there will be empty seats at this game but there's empty seats at every cup game - not right but not a new issue.

this game will go back on sale to all members and i'm willing to bet there will be 100's of tickets for it.

The club has no idea at this stage how many the visiting team will take. they have to keep 8,500 back

Newport county average a gate of 2,500. Yes loads will come out of the woodwork for it but i would be very surprised if they could sell 8500. Plymouth probably could but then its miles away so who knows!

There will be loads of hospitality unsold which will go on sale

there will be loads of players tickets etc that will get returned

Its shite that people have missed out today but keep an eye on the sales page and you will get sorted

It's surprising they don't. Easy way to check. Wasn't the reason UEFA away tickets had to be picked up in person to stop this?

I agree in principle with that. But there will always be a few genuine cases where people haven't made it due to travel problems, or a late emergency etc......

that's actually a good idea in terms of solving credit problems.  I'm surprised that they don't do that anyway.  Seems technology would be easy to implement, especially on a member card and turnstile system.

Spurs are doing this for their Europa game at Wembley apparently.
Selling £5 tickets, and £15 in club Wembley but you only get +30 loyalty points if paper tickets are scanned at turnstile

Dont' know why they don't do it then.  If that was the case and they implemented that technology then I'm betting you'd see amber blocks galore for the FA 3rd match.  Now again, I have no dog in the fight being from US because I can't go like I'd like to go, but I genuinely would be pissed if I lived in L'pool and couldn't get a ticket because some wank in Egypt was credit hunting with no plans of attending only for a FA final ticket

Am I right in assuming that there isn't a sale for fan cards?

Am I also right in assuming tomorrows sale is for local lads and lasses only?

Thanks

Correct on both counts. No sale for fancard holders .... yet.

And to think last season we could barely sell out Carlisle or Bournemouth and yet Stoke at home until a few days before. Mental.

I've messed this one up for myself. Has a membership & a ST in the autocup but have a mate coming over who wanted to go so I was waiting for the local general sale to get 3 together by letting the ACS payments fail.

Did anyone expect this to sell out so quick?

Anyone hopeful for returns

Never understand this sort of risk. Can your mate not sit on his own for 90 minutes, and you'd spend time with him before/after?

Have to agree with Stoz, if it's your mate surely you could have used the two seats together and the other person in the ACS could use a potential 3rd ticket that you got later?

But there should be plenty of unsold hospitality for this one, fingers crossed you can sort everyone out.

Perhaps it's sold out to Plymouth people?

Sorted some out now and everyone I had said would be able to go can go. Just need to try and snag me and my brother two tickets for this match on our own cards wherever in the stadium. There's got to be a chance of some coming available before the game is played? It's Plymouth at home! Maybe it's because they were all so cheap.

Doesn't hospitality sort you a Wembley ticket now? Probably why
