I'd have started him over Origi as well.  He might as well be on loan if we aren't going to play him in matches like this.

Well the boss has caught us by surprise with that one. Most excellent seeing the young lads getting their chance to experience first team action, even if most of them only watch from the bench.

Good team though, we really should be seeing them off with those lads out there. If they try to go for it then we have the quality to pick them off for sure.

Plymouth say they are a team that likes to play football and their pitch should be rather better than the ploughed field we played at in Exeter last last year.  Hope they enjoy their evening, earn plenty from tickets and the telly and then get comfortably beaten.

Opta stats state, that players that get picked in the week, when games are needed to be won, statistically - can also be picked at the weekend when games need to be won as well, even if, but only in special circumstances, if their mum has wrote them a note asking for them to be excused from games.

Hopefully the club has already faxed copies of the aforementioned letter from Daniel's mum to the fa.  While they are at it they'd better send a copy to  fifa, Hugo Broos and the Cameroon Football Federation, and any bugger else who wants to have a say in our team selection.

Coutinho, Sturridge and Origi all in, no messing about from Klopp. Really should be enough to get us through in that line up.

All things being equal it makes most sense to play Woodburn left, Origi up front and Sturridge on the right coming inside on his left. But given the way Sturridge played wide right against Burnley earlier in the season i'm not sure it's worth it. Maybe we'll just stick Origi wide instead.

Would've been nice to have Matip or a bigger centre back next to Gomez.
