My uncle makes it
 :butt

Marisa Tempranillo, Telmo Rodriguez  2000 Cigales, Spain

Good simple wine which has no sophistication but lots of pleasing fruit, not too tannic and perfectly commercial. Don't bother keeping, just enjoy now!

Good stuff isn't it.

If you can get hold of any a company in New Zealand called Perigrine make an awesome Pinot Noir, from Central Otago. Still i'd go to Oddbins and try the Ramsey. Should only be about £7

Not a lot of Oddbins here in the Texas Hill Country :)

The best cheap Pinot I've found here is Cavit. I've no idea if they stock it in Oddbins, but it is the real Italian stuff. I think. Prolly on a par with E&JG's budget vino

Sounds like a job for the Ghostbusters that.

I don't really like wine. Only had it a few times - never went out of my way to drink it, if you get me. If plonk is on the table, I'll drink it, but I'll take beer or even bird drinks over wine any day.

I have some cheap shite in the cupboard if you want some. Think its from Aldi.  :wave
now you mention it, it does sound like something from Ghostbusters! :-[

think i'll pass on the offer of Aldi cheap shite if you dont mind! ;D

i once said i had a nice bottle of Merlot in the fridge but couldnt find the bottle opener and found out that you're not supposed to chill red wine :-[ ???

Mazz

Try this one:

Banrock Station, sparkling Shiraz.

It's red, it's fizzy, but it's drunk cold from the fridge.

About £8.00 a bottle.

I love the stuff.

It would be rude not to...
