Well correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe "racist" still means someone who discriminates against or judges a person's worth based on their racial heritage. You can see now how the far-right are trying to legitimise racism by pretending that overuse of the word amongst hysterical lefties means that real racism ceases to exist, no matter how blatant.

I disagree, the bad publicity of the s*n costs it millions to this day, and in the last year the Daily Mail has lost multiple sponsors due to the Don't Fund Hate campaign

That is going to be one costly tweet, not so much the damages but the legal fees. Unfortunately I doubt it will be the last we've seen of her, being a professional troll is probably quite a lucrative business.

Looking a bit more into it though Monroe's lawyers did well to pull this off, nowadays you have to prove serious harm was done, and this was only in a tweet that was around for not very long at all. She must have had some serious balls to take this all the way to court, I doubt she's got the resources Hopkins has.

Its like the judge did that refereeing thing where you give the yellow card not for that particular foul, but for the cumulative effect of all the nearly-a-yellow-card fouls done so far.
