5.1 surround sound headphones? Optical line in from whichever of the consoles i'm using, goes into the diffuser box, gets pumped to the posh headphones and massively immerses you in a game.

Was playing metro 2033 the other day with them on, several bits in the game you're wearing a gas mask which has limited time air filters. When they start to run out your character starts to gasp. Was freaking me the fuck out when i was playing it, it was great. The 5.1 on headphones means that you really can pinpoint sounds all around you when you're playing.

I cannot recommend it highly enough, the other lads sets look boss as well, really immersive. Won't be long until we get the Total immersion video games like in red dwarf

My colleague had this in his car and it was the first time I'd ever seen anything like it. He showed me how it worked and I loved it - not long since pay day and therefore this is my latest purchase:

If any of you do a lot of driving and like to have crystal clear digital radio rather than listening to the football on the sometimes hard to listen to medium wave, I cannot recommend this enough. I've only used it in and around town at the moment but, if you search for a free frequency, it really is like having a digital radio as part of the car stereo rather than as an external add on. Got a long drive next weekend so I get to try it out properly but my colleague has told me he's driven all over the place and it's been as good everywhere as it was when I heard it in his car. It also has an audio in so you can plug your ipod into it and play that through the car stereo too - it's genuinely brilliant and loads cheaper than getting a DAB stereo fitted.

Jellies - is that as heavy as hell? My mate has the bass version and it's lovely, but heavy - like all the good Gibsons! I tried one a few years ago but instead opted for an SG as it just sat better for me.
