I’ve got a pair, the tongue is pretty flimsy when compared to Gazelle’s etc. to the point where I don’t wear them anymore as it’s always folding over and slipping down either side. Shame as they are pretty nice looking otherwise.

Anybody got the Tobacco's? What's the fit like? I'm a size 9 usually but can only get them in a 9.5!

Should be fine to go .5 up mate, they're a bit snug.

I'm a 12 and my Baccy's are 12.5 and they fit sound.

Adidas been in touch to say my trainers have been lost in transit and that the money is being refunded. Excellent, no offer to re-order (or honour the 30% discount), no apology. Understand that things can get lost, but there customer service has been absolutely woeful. Fuming.

Absolute bargain, they’re all I’ve worn since the summer due to my foot, so much so I’m considering selling my collection

Cheers, I’ve sent a complaint to the generic customer services UK email address and have the CEO’s (and his leadership teams) email address waiting as and when I don’t get the response I’m hoping for. Shocked by how much of a shambles they have been.

Not sure there’ll be able to help you with Reebok’s btw

Got a reply to my complaint today, offering me £40 voucher. Stuck in two minds of whether to order another pair of the same ones (and wait 4-5 weeks - kind of chose that colour for the winter) or just choose another pair off the shelf?! Have got a new pair of Hamburg’s so not desperate, anyone know if any new releases due out soon?
