Bit of a journey but we can't complain about the draw. They will give us a match, no doubt and we'll have to be on our game. Good chance to get to the semis now

Potentially tricky but really no excuse for not making semis.
This.

If we cant do Bournemouth,  have mercy on us!

We've got Man Utd away on Sunday at 1.30pm, then Bournemouth midweek, then home vs Arsenal on the Sunday at 4pm that week - though we'll be more or less playing weekend and midweek games from the Palace game on the 23rd Nov all the way through to the 10th Jan anyway.

So we lose 3-2 to Chelsea in the final, Chelsea walk the league, and we win the Champions League after squeezing through the group stages then, just like 10 years ago

the camera`s are at a weird height or angle or sumthing , bugs the shit out of me watching matches held there.

It's because their stand is not very tall. Can't put a camera as high if there's not stand their. Agree it's an odd angle but it's like they all used to be!

This is where the bigger squad will hopefully kick in, don't want to see Stevie playing nearly 3 games of football a week... 4 wks on the bounce.

31 days in December and a bigger squad. We'll be fine if we manage the rotation. Every club, every year who plays in Europe and still in the cups have the same situation

take a plane to Southampton and then hire a coach

would be surprised if we drove a bus down there
Might as well just fly into bournemouth, plenty big enough for a 320/737

These 3 games will be very tricky. An important CL game followed by potentially top 4 decider then a QF of a cup. hmm.

For all those moaning about the number of players we bought, rather than investing majority of the Suarez money on one player:

The fixture list right there. Thats the reason. Not too many will be complaining if we win the league cup, get to knockout stage of the CL, and finish in the top 4 in the PL. No way would that happen if we had spent all the Suarez money on say, Di Maria or Cavani. With our squad depth, we have a chance.

True, but having newly qualified for the CL and all the spangly sponsorship money we're getting, we probably should have bought the same players AND a big game changer.

It's sandwiched between some pretty tough games, but if we're sending a squad like we did against Swansea then it shouldn't have too much effect. Get the likes of Borini, Markovic and anyone coming back from injury a bit more game time.

Should be fun.

Rodgers and Gerrard have both said winning  trophy is our objective this season. As silly as that sound's top 4 was our's last season and not necessarily winning any cups. I tipped us before the season to win this trophy and think I'll be getting on it a bit heavier now with a few more PL teams already out.

Top 4 plus trophy I think

Realistically, this is our best bet for winning a trophy. You'd like to think wed beat Bournemouth then were in the semi. If we do win it, gets a European spot sorted early as an insurance policy in case we don't get top 4.

Yeah but the tail end of that is great - we have a big quality squad and can rotate; the Christmas Remember the times between sunrise and sunset .... those were the days program is especially hard on smaller clubs who can't rotate effectively - Id expect us to win those last 3 games

You know I was thinking about that .... him yesterday. I had managed to forget his name but not his fu*k up vs Manchester City which led to Hendo getting a red and that miss (amongst others) against Palace. Muppet.
As for the game, it seems they play good footie, I'd prefer that to "a battle". Not going to be easy but should be a grand old game.
