Breathtaking at times really. They can't live with us. Coutinho looks to be walking on water at the moment.
Quote from: Dion Fanning

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.

I haven't seen such a completely dominant performance in years. I don't think Hull even got a shot off.
I don't think they even got in our half did they.

Should be 10-0 up. Not acceptable.

I love that finish from Mane, so many times in recent years we've wanted to be perfect before the shot, he thought he knew where the goal was and went for it

If you offered Hull this score and the rest of the afternoon off, they'd be on the motorway back 2 minutes later.

Hull are awful, and we play very, very good football. Some of the interplay has been super. Keep ball for the second half and get a couple more.

Firmino's teeth.

Coutinho's attempt to trap the ball in the 4 yard box.

Fantastic first half! Laughing at some of the things we come up with, there's such a difference between the teams. Hope we can keep a similar level in the second half.

Absolutely brilliant. They barely had a touch of the ball, never mind created something resembling a chance. Meanwhile we looked like we could score every time we went forward. Some fantastic football.

I wana see Grujic get his league debut, no point risking Sturridge, Can and Origi for some goals would be lovely also.

That Lallana, what a waste of money. How is he justified to start ahead of Texeira, I don't know.

Don't get me started about Mane - keep spending big money on *shudder* Southampton players.

Oh, shut up you bore. We've played one of the best halves of football I've seen in many many years and you are on here moaning about what some fans said.

We need to let them score the next four or the usual moaners on here will be left with nothing to write. Quite the stroll so far, hope we get another three and keep the clean sheet.

With Mike Phelan watching on, top button open and beergut poking out like a pissed uncle at a wedding considering which bridesmaid he'd like to try it on with, Liverpool have very much blown a shoddy Hull off the park. Marvellous to watch.

Could be more. Hull without a single shot on goal and down to 10 men, and we are playing without a recognized striker. Somehow this does not seem fair

I'm usually pessimistic fan but we look absolutely amazing in the start of the season so far. Our football is just so good to look at. Hopefully we show some intensity in the second half as well.

This, more than any other game we've played since Klopp arrived, feels like gegenpressing in excelsis. They've barely looked like getting it out of their half and we could easily have double what we do. Sturridge or Origi to come on in the second half and get a couple.

Only negative was Karius really. It's like he's not even on the pitch.

I hope his eyesight is good or he won't have seen any of the action from this half, when was the last time Hull even got out of their own half anyway?

Really hope we keep our foot on the gas in the second half.

Goal difference is a thing and we'll get few chances to pad it like this
