I'm not entirely sure it works outside Asia, because I know they have servers close to here, but it says it is worldwide. It's not perfect, but there is a LOT less buffering and general bullshit than you get from the random links every week. It costs me 600 baht per month, which is around 11.1046 pounds Raheem. They show most of the matches and you can go back at least a few days and watch the replays. You don't have to have a set-top box - you just download a player/app to your laptop (and then I have that hooked to my TV) and Bob's your uncle.
