Yep, congratulations to him. Of course he was always expected to win it but he's done it in style.

Fair play Brendan, absolutely massacred that league

Spin it whatever way you want, unbeaten after 30 games is brilliant.

Aye, but last season they got 86 points from 38 games and this season they've got 86 points from 30 games. They dropped points twice, unbeaten all season. So yeah, he's absolutely massacred that league in a way no-one else has ever been able to.

Go ed Brendan

Not in that league it isn't. The whole league needs a massive shake-up as right now their's only one team that looks like a football side and that's Celtic and they are shite themselves, the standard of the rest would be equal to people playing down the park with jumpers as goalposts.

Horrible clubs, horrible league.

But congrats Brendan, that will be the easiest trophy you will ever win.

This DM issue has been there since the day we sold Mascherano. We have tried Gerrard, Allen, Henderson, Can, Adam... am i missing anyone? None of them were good enough to play there consistently.

Cheers, Brendan. Looking forward to next season already and this one isn't even finished.

Patrick Roberts looked very good as a Number 10.

His weight of pass was excellent.  Real shame the club will lose him but I don't blame him wanting to go back to City to give it a go.

Luxembourg? Are the Scottish clubs deliberately trying to make fools of themselves in Europe?

Rangers-Malmö 0-1* (a Malmö in 2011 that was a midfield team in Sweden that season, not the home team Olympiakos and Celtic-beaters of 2014-15)
Hibs-Malmö 0-7
Lincoln-Celtic 1-0

... and now this... okay, granted 0-7 to Barcelona can happen. I don't blame Celtic for that particularly but those other results are simply unacceptable for a league with full professional footballers. The Scottish league ought to be better than the Scandinavian leagues considering the Glasgow teams are there to prop it up, but embarrasingly enough it's been overtaken...

To put it like this: had Malmö played in Scotland last year with their current squad they'd given Celtic a title run for their money even with the improved Celtic under Rodgers. That's for less TV revenue as well, still Malmö can sign a player from the same league for 1.3 million thanks to the European success and also regularly ship players for 2-3 million. No way Aberdeen could or would do that.

Let's see if Aberdeen can surprise and go all the way to the group stage this season only because I wrote this post  :wave
