At the risk of destroying any goodwill I may have built up -

Seeing as the chap is Brazilian, and this is a legendary Brazilian pop song, and his name does fit with the chorus ("Ohhhhhhhhhh - Ohhhh Coutinhooooh"), may I suggest Mas Que Nada might have possibilities? Or should I stick to diagrams? :D

Good idea PoP, it seems you have good taste in music as well as football. Mas Que Nada would be an absolutely boss song for him if we can get the lyrics right.  8)

The one from Wigan yesterday, which seemed to go on for minutes at a time it was that catchy and had the place bouncing.

To the tune of that feeling hot hot hot song.

Terror vision -  tequila

Coutinho he makes me happy,
Coutinho he makes me smile,
Coutinho with the slide rule passes,
Coutinhio with a touch of class,
Then there is the curse of,

Sturridge and Luis Suarez,
They'll break your heart ,
They'll hit you when you least expect it,
They'll hit you and do it with style,

Around Wigan station after the game, the pubs were rocking with scousers singing the Coutini-O-O-O song. Simple and Joyeus. The song sort of suits a South American player too.

So here it goes.

Just to point out that Coutinho is pronounced Cou-Cheen-yo. There is no "T" or "Tin" sound in there.

I also LOVE the idea of Mas que nada being used or anything with Brazilian roots as it guarantees originality and would also be an amazing feeling for a Brazilian footballer to know we used something from his culture to acknowledge him. Imagine his friends/family coming to see him play and hearing a famous Brazilian tune being sung in his honour.
