Bellamy knew he had to be on his best behaviour when he joined this club yet he has fucked up again, Carra should  also have known better, but it was a one off incident and he has been a model pro since.

Without knowing the exact circumstances I think it's a bit harsh to put all the blame on Bellamy, because he is rather an easy target. The people involved will know or at least will find out what happened and who was to blame and there'll be consequences if it was something other than just a small bust-up.

Nobody on here knows why Bellamy tried to 'attack' Riise and my bet is that things were said before that so he snapped. Benitez is ruthless when it comes to selling players who are either not good enough or don't fit in with the team, so if there was something serious I'm 100% sure he'd get rid of the player immediately.

We have a great European night at the Camp Nou ahead of us and let's concentrate on getting a good result out of that one...

Doesn't really tell you the whole story though, Xabi and Bellamy are actually holding Riise up above them because he's had both his legs amputated... Still got his smile though.

Not one Everton player mentioned in the incident - considering there was a small club involved in the attack..

And was Dudek drunk, of did he just have wobbly legs?

My response to the pictures of them "hugging" during training is simple.
Its even something we do in our training sessions at Glos County League level.
Quite simply, everyone has to run around and doge each other until the gaffer shouts a number, you then have to get into a group of that number or face punishment.
No PR tricks, just simple training

So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

What is it with these Norwegians? They dont fucking shut up. This c*nt should keep out of it

http://www.eurosport.com/football/premiership/2006-2007/sport_sto1091788.shtml

Blackburn's Norwegian winger Morten Gamst Pedersen has criticised Craig Bellamy for his alleged attack on Liverpool team-mate John Arne Riise.

Pedersen is an international team-mate and friend of Riise's, and also played with Bellamy at Blackburn.

The winger gave his reaction to Bellamy's reported attack on Riise with a golf club to Norwegian newspaper VG.

"Attacking a team-mate with a golf club is not something I would do, that is for sure," he said.

"I haven't spoken with John Arne properly but what happened was not good.

"John Arne is a pro and he will get over it, he is an adult and a good player on all accounts, so he will be fine."

However, despite the incident, which occurred during a Liverpool training break in the Algarve, Pedersern says that the party culture amongst players in England is dying out.

"It used to be worse," he admitted.

"Before players could do just about anything they felt like, but today it is different.

"As long as you give your all during training and represent the club well, there are no problems."

If he hasn't spoken to him he should keep his fucking gobshut, fucking poking his nose in our teams business the fucking pansy prick

I think Riise comes out of this very badly. I WANT players to get so pissed off at losing at karaoke that they attack people with golf clubs. And I want those players attacked to go away and come back with something bigger, like a baseball bat with nails. The idea of not winning at anything should send our players into a rage, but Riise just took it. Pansy.

Bellamy smiling - check

Bellamy & Riise beside each other - check

Riise and Bellamy on same team - check

Riise and Bellamy hugging - check

I hope you're joking when you say that. Professional footballers do NOT go out drinking and hitting each other with golf clubs. These players earn 50-grand a week to remain disciplined and healthy and win us, their wage-payers, some fucking trophies.

They are young lads who had a few beers.

Nothing serious happened and they were on a scheduled club night out. They are not robots and they have won us trophies over the past few years.

I just don't see what all the fuss is about. Those who stepped over the line will be fined and accept it and we move on.

we will probably only find out at the end of the season what went on(sounds like hand bags though),more importantly is the lack of professionalism shown by all the players who ignored the curfew set by Rafa,we are now heading for the biggest game of over season hence a break away in Portugal to focus on that game,to all the players involved you have let your club down and most of all your supporters, now go and win the tie.

And they shouldn't, because soccer -- and Liverpool -- has had an ugly enough past when it comes to violence.

At the 1985 European Cup final at the Heysel stadium in Brussels, 39 people were killed when Liverpool fans charged their Juventus counterparts and a stadium wall collapsed.

Four years later, 96 Liverpool fans were crushed to death at the FA Cup semifinal match against Nottingham Forest at Hillsborough Stadium.
