By all accounts, he is a Klopp lite guy? Plays similar style? The players we have can’t really play that way anymore. When you consider what he is going to be up against in the PL, it looks like Abu Dhabi and Saudi are going to be able to spend what they want, added to the lack of money for ourselves to buy players, Slot is going to have to be an absolute genius to have us challenging for the title.
I guess we’ll find out, but for me he seems his own person. And whatever the similarities are right now the current version of Klopp (who will be remembered as one of our greats and and even better human being) is out of gas.

I’d prefer to believe there’s every possibility Slot bringing a fresh approach will re-invigorate our players who have fallen just short this season. Also adding some fresh blood who knows what’s possible.

I’m still a believer even when Klopp goes

Great to see us get the manager and DOF position sorted out before the summer, we can now focus on giving Jurgen the send off he deserves

Needs to leg the stone island.

Normalise managers with montirex and 110s.

I think its the right time for a new outlook etc, i didnt when klopp said he was leaving. He looks knackered and needs time away from football.
Youve got to think, what can any other manager in world football do better than what klopp has done for us.
That takes the edge of excitement of bringing in a new manager to a new league.
Just hope he gets of to a flyer
Good luck and make us happy and proud

He seems like a proper coach, out in the middle of sessions etc. That was always what we were going to be looking for considering the new hierarchy. The managers focus will now be primarily focused on the football and that's it.

Managers are pretty cheap compared to players.
