I love English. But it's a distinct third after French Dijon and Indian Kasundi. In my Opinion, of course. I love all 3. Oh and American Mustard is shite.

Dijon is a much more forgiving mustard than English. Go a bit overboard on the Dijon and you'll come to no harm. Overdo it on the English and your eyes will be watering for half an hour.

English is proper mustard though, the others are nice but don't really come close.

I had an English and Horseradish mustard a while back that was amazing. It had the heat rush of the English and then the Horseradish kicked in to keep the flavour going when the English had died off. Superb.

Have you ever put English mustard in a toastie maker toastie? (purpose built toastie machines that make a closed toastie) That shit is dangerous, I remember choking on the fumes of the hot mustard, still love it though ;D

American mustard is only suitable for Hot Dogs, that is it!

I didn't become the man I am today without knowing what a toastie maker is  ;)

Was only thinking the other day that I need to get a new one, last one broke ages ago.

American mustard is shit. I'd rather go without than have that rubbish.

English mustard grilled on some lamb chops or a big dollop of it next to a medium rare fillet steak is heaven.
('dollop' what an ace word  :D )

Mustard mash with, cheddar melted through it and chunks of ham diced up thick and mixed in.

I don't mind American mustard on something American, like a hot dog or maybe a burger. Wouldn't really put it on anything else.

Prefer English on corned beef or ham.

I like to fry up some sliced onion to go with a steak and put a big dollop of English mustard in them, really tasty.
