Mignolet has been great, but the man of the half is obviously POGBA!

Pen aside, the ref has been woeful, including a couple of really poor decisions leading up to Ibra's free kick just outside the box.

Pretty good, & got better as the half went on I felt. Push on & secure the win with another goal or 2 please.

Fair fucks to Mignolet, he's been brilliant since coming back in for Karius. Lovren's yellow was a joke and we were under about 5 minutes of pressure as a result.

He's really got them for strength and pace.. some decision making has been letting him down at the end, but if he can keep believing he's the man who can win it

I think the midfield are starting to take more control and offer more protection. Some of our passing combinations are starting to click and we could have had another goal with some better decisions from Can and Origi.

Happy so far, would just like Origi to hold the ball up a bit better at the top end of the field than he has done so far.

Mignolet has made a couple of really good saves so far. Barring a couple of nervous moments, Alexander-Arnold has done well too. Just need to keep doing what we've done, keep frustating them and then press at the right moments; the penalty owes to the excellent work Firmino and Lallana did in closing down Jones, there are mistakes waiting to be made in that United backline that we can expose.

Wish Origi takes a couple of pops when he gets the chance. There are gaps there when he wins the ball and he just has to have a quick shot to get their keeper working and maybe win a corner or something.

Good save from Mig on that piledriver. Not that far from him but tapped out for safety. The game's been really tight and scruffy.

TAA will be tested next half. Mourinho too clever not to see he's struggling. Klopp will need to plan for it. Don't think anyone has really had the freedom or authority to be classed as 'excellent' in that half from either side. However, we've played well as a team and took our chance when it came.

Dunno how that was a foul from Lovren, foot was low, slide was controlled, ball was won.

Anyway, cut out those little mistakes, give TAA some support and we should be solid enough to see this out.
