I had to dig out Dzagoev's birth certificate because I couldn't believe he was born after 1989!
It seems like he's been playing for ages - the gifted playmaker has already won 48 caps and scored 8 goals for his country.
Dzagoev was Russia's star man at EURO 2012 where he finished the tournament's joint top scorer.
With CSKA Moscow he's won two titles and six domestic cups - in 219 club appearances he's scored 50 goals and 71 assists (9 goals and 9 assists in Europe).
