Will probably be ignored and treated as a box ticking exercise by the club as an excuse of dissolving the supporters committee. But if there is a strong feedback on ticket prices/availability then it might lead to something positive

Filled it in, the must be collating the data but I'm not sure if issues like the cost of tickets in the upper main stand or anfield road fit with their business model.

done. hammered the prices/local sales issues and mentioned how the old fellas no longer move to sit at the sides. but of a weird survey though - asked for my age half a dozen times.

The thing is, if we put in ticket prices as a prominent issue (as I did), it can simply be used as a reason for not expanding Annie Rd. They will be able to say that ticket prices are a major issue to fans and the additional cost of the expanded stand will eat into transfer budgets unless they can raise ticket prices too.

Done - hammered the pricing & access for local
Youth. And the need for the club to keep talking to SOS, the supporters committee, Spion Kop etc ,  and use the resource of our massive fan-base to help find creative and practical solutions.
