Think it's fair enough to let anyone who takes over have a bit of leeway until they're able to sell off all those players.

There's not that much players left to spend the money on. Unless a new manager bought players off the managers already in the world for extra value. Made offers people couldn't refuse

Why 39?

Players bought will have been bought with the 300m starting balance.

When the transfer bans are up they can sell everyone pretty quickly. Previous dude could've waited if he had the patience.

Welcome! Nice to get another drafter on board, it’s surprising that more of them don’t play Soccer Manager actually. It’s got the same appeal of building your squad, except there’s an actual end game to it.

Yeah sorry, messages been flying about all over the place and I haven’t gotten back to a few of you.

It’s an incredible offer but I’m going to keep hold of the pair of them. Not sure how we’d have worked out the logistics either, I wouldn’t have been able to cover the cost.

You've got a bit of wriggle room. There are half a dozen you can ship out straight away, and a bunch of 90-92s to negotiate P/E when their bans are up.

As long as you're at or under 40 for the start of next season feel free to sign players until then. Then 35 for the next. I was harsh on the Fluminense fella because he was a proven time waster who'd sign a ton players then quit the world after a month, his manager history was a joke, plus he had a squad of 68 at a time when we were all struggling with rotation and fitness.

So get stuck in mate, but just be mindful of getting under the cap eventually.

Varane's top quality of course, and I'd still love him (just noticed he randomly has an RB position too!). But not for Auba.
