What next for West Ham the club? the team? the manager? some of their players?
It all seems a bit of a mess on and off the pitch at the moment.   Was watching that game last night and you could see when they were leading 2-1 6 minutes or so of normal time to go, Payet came off as a sub he looked inwardly content that perhaps he had helped his team maybe help his team to a big 3 points. Bilic also looked emotional as he embraced his player before he took to the bench.

Then BANG!!!   They had a crash. and it all fell apart.  Those type of defeats really hurt players even more so in a local derby and the fact that there form both home and away is poor.    What are the ramifications of this?  from those aspirations of 12 months ago that they will be in the European places, new stadium etc to out of Europe, poor league form and a stadium that resembles a playground containing senior schools kids all up for a scrap GSC stylee when the visiting school comes to play them at football.

Ha Ha Ha. Bubbles to them.

That stadium move has been a complete disaster.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

They're due a smashing from us as I'm sick of them looking like world-beaters every time they play us. They seem to always beat us. But if we tear them apart next week I think that's it for Bilic.

A few weeks ago I thought it would be harsh to judge Billic on this run of fixtures - Spurs away, United away, United away in the Cup, Arsenal at home and then Liverpool away, but I think the cliche is true - he appears to have lost a few of those players.

Winston Reid is head and shoulders their best player, consistently, and without him I think they'd be in a worse position - even against Arsenal he was the only one thinking back there.

Payet doesn't want to be there and if someone is silly enough to give them £20 million for him, they should take it. I'm not sure what he would fetch at this moment. I did think in this run of games that he would at least try and put himself in the shop window but no, he had been appalling - think he got booed a bit of Saturday night.

Regardless of the result v Liverpool, they then have 4 winnable games. Do you trust Billic with those games at the moment? Not sure I do. Wouldn't be surprised if he went this week.

Hope not, their bellend owners have already had a freebie stadium this season we shouldn't be coughing up players for them too, let them fight it out at the bottom of the table like all of the other teams down there have to.

That letter from West Ham seems like an Everton thing to do ;D. Fans on the KUMB forum desperately wanting the club to sign Jenkinson, Snodgrass, Cyrus Christie, Wimmer etc. yet Mamadou Sakho is too shit for them :lmao He'd be their best player at the back ffs. Like they can afford to be picky with the state they're in.

Not sure I would agree with that to be honest.

I would definitely have Reid over him and Ogbonna isn't too far behind.

Flanagan would have been perfect for them and would have started most weeks if fit but he went elsewhere. Even Moreno but I don't think we would let him go.

They desperately need fullbacks and a striker.

He's 25 in three months and played 8 championship games in the last two seasons prior to this, and 41 in the football league prior to that. Plus he's got 18 months left on his contract.

Apparently making all kinds of bizarre offers. £6m for Defoe, £3m for Snodgrass, signings that would all but guarantee that the selling club gets relegated, with fuck all money to sign replacements in January.

Definition of derisory offers.

Agree to be honest

Read a lot this season how unfortunate Payet is to be playing amongst such underperforming players this season, when he's been the worst of them imo. At least in terms of the disparity between what he's capable of, and what he's actually doing.

Feel like we've been waiting months for him to down tools, he had a reputation for things like that before joining, and he's, well, French.

I'd take him in a heartbeat,  I'm sure he's gone through the normal routine of getting a move and I bet theve blocked him at every turn. What's his options but to go public about it if they won't agree to sell behind closed doors.

The second he puts on the red shirt is when his free kicks start smashing into the wall and his corners fail to get past the first defender.   Ain't no surer guarantee than that.

He's a very good player, scores and creates loads of goals. He creates absolutely tons of chances too. Wouldn't want him at Liverpool though because I don't think his defensive contributions are significant enough.
