Over the moon we are staying in Tottenham with a purpose built stadium
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.
Find it a little bit cringey that they're all just piling onto the stadium as an excuse.
There is a clear and measurable effect of moving to a new stadium. In the short term, the team struggles. It may well be a valid excuse. But they're crap too
Where do you start. Could go back in time & mention all the poor decisions at the club in recent years. As far back as letting slip & not investing in a young pool of talent & selling them eventually. Such players as Ferdinand, Carrick, Lampard, Johnson, Cole, Defoe etc . Arguably only Man Utd's Giggs , Beckham etc generation on par in recent years.Redknapp wasted the funds on players like Rigobert Song & Titi Camara etc. Then the Icelandics arrive & spend money they don't have & putting players on stupid wages that cripple the club for years. Icelands economy goes tits up & our owners who have borrowed to finance there fun at West Ham hut the financial skids thus so do we with over 100 million debt. The Tevez saga costs the club Ł25 million. Taints it's reputation. The Porn Kings come in . Firstly I have to thank them as they saved the club from administration. But wish they would stop being media whores & just run the bloody club. There soundbites are embarrassing at times. There handling if the Avram/ O'Neill saga what a shambles. If they had just sacked Grant then O'Neill would have joined.Piss poor signings last summer etc. Avram Grant must go. Tactically inept no motivation skills. Playing players in the wrong positions, dropping players when they seem to do ok.Finally the players. Other than Parker & Green the rest have been a disgrace. Stealing a living. Hopefully other than some if the local lads like Noble & Collison etc most will leave . A fresh start is needed throughout the club. The Championship is a tough league & we will need players up for the fight that means most if the current squad leaving thank fuck. Normally when you get relegated you want to keep your best players . These lot can fuck off
Good to see you back on Paul mate.
That post is from 2011 Sol
Oh ffs I'm off to bed.
How the fuck did you manage that?
Crosby Nick never fails.
Would be nice to see Paul back though
Astra fucking goo goo https://youtu.be/hfLKYy66lvI
I'm loving their implosion, absolutely LOVING IT, Tory shitehawks.
Wouldn't be shocked if her master plan is to drive out their hardcore support and complete the rebrand with 'London United', new kit colour scheme and all.The real scary thing is she's in the Lords so she can actually fuck up the rest of our lives up with her idiocy
Sister in laws fella is a West Ham STh, old school and he hates both her, Gold and the new stadium. He says all they care about is gentrifying the club and getting the supporters into the shops.
@ Veinticinco de Mayo The way you talk to other users on this forum is something you should be ashamed of as someone who is suppose to be representing the site.
They can always get worse;https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/oct/05/west-ham-karren-brady-stadium-move
"We added the word London to our crest because we felt it had real global appeal. Nobody else does it."
We have the best stadium – there are some great stadiums in this country but there is only one Olympic Stadium and it’s ours.
“We have this great stadium and much better prospects and facilities than in our old stadium but we charge a lower price. We offer a more dynamic product at an inferior price. It’s been so well received and it comes back to our values and our culture.”
Says it all about modern owners, who have no clue what so ever about the history and values of it's core fan base. “Rebranding ourselves was really important with our stadium. We’re in the London Stadium. We added the word London to our crest because we felt it had real global appeal. Nobody else does it,” she added. “We are in the heart of London, in the foothills of the financial sector. We have the best stadium – there are some great stadiums in this country but there is only one Olympic Stadium and it’s ours. It’s really had a dynamic impact on the things we can do.”
What dynamic effect has the new stadium had??
that dom bloke has been providing great entertainment this season, but he is speaking from the heart, give him thathave no sympathy for west ham at all, gave it the large last season, well and truly found out this season, fuck em and their pie and mash
