When are these due to be announced?

Last season it was 3rd July for August and September games. They used to do right up til the end of November in the first announcement, hopefully they go back to that.

Hopefully our defence will have the whole summer to prepare . Lovren, Matip, Karius, Gomez, Flanagan, Moreno and Sakho will all be at Melwood 1st of July. So we could be fine tuned when we rock up at Arsenal.

I think the importance of this cannot be stressed enough. Only Clyne, who was very good last season anyway, won't be there.

Aye i was just wondering what day we think it could be on... Most probably Sunday afternoon 4pm Sky, unless they do the fans over and put it on a Monday night!

I know :D But don't see how anyone would know yet. There are several games that weekend that they might want to televise others said the other day so it really is guesswork at this stage. They'll say next week won't they?

I would love that, in Spain on holiday then, love the idea sitting in a bar , warm evening , cold beer in hand, talking to the locals, watching the game, answering their questions on why the English are so thick as to vote out of Europe and the international team are stupid too, and me being at great pains to explain " We're not English, We are Scouse!"

Burnley has been listed in our home games for the members' sale later this month. LFC haven't confirmed it as being moved as yet as far as I've seen.

Football League TV fixtures announced Friday according to this, so assume Premier League selection will be the same day.

Notice it says "minimum five weeks notice" at the bottom - I'm sure the standard was minimum six weeks not so long ago.

*Update* Sky confirmed that TV fixtures will be out at 9am today.

Keep forgetting Leicester are Champions. Looked at Hull v Leicester and thought what an uninspiring choice it looked.

Chelsea away on a Friday night then. Always got the match going fans' best interests at heart!

Yes, Sky now have the Saturday lunchtime games - now 12.30pm instead of 12.45pm. BT have midweek games (3 rounds of those over the season I think) and occasional Sunday 12pm matches after Europa League weeks (e.g. Watford-Man United).

Just noticed that our first 3 PL games are all away???

And out of our first 7 PL games only 2 are at home????

Unprecedented for us?

I'm not too fussed as I think we may be better away this season with Klopp's way of playing but still looks like a shit/unbalanced fixture list on paper.

Ah, as you were then  ;D

I was just reading earlier and it said that our Burnley game at Turf Moor will be a 'home' game too.
Does that mean we'll get 90% of the ground's ticket allocation?

Yep. Just rock up to Turf Moor with your season ticket and they'll find you a suitable seat.
I think Jookie might just be the best fisherman on this thread.
