I have just got my first app approved in the Apple App Store, and would love to hear constructive opinions on the App.
Please be gentle it's my first effort which took me 6 months on and off.

10% of all profits go to charity and the Justice campaign will be one of them.

From what I read it won't come up as a search in the App Store for 24 to 48 hours, and it just got listed as Ready For Sale about 11am today

Initial thoughts:

Fun - the face feature is very silly and made me smile
Needs to be a touch more difficult. Needs a higher leap on tapping and I the gravity needs to be stronger. Currently, I reckon if I was concentrating properly, I'd never die - unless it gets progressively more difficult and haven't encountered that yet?
The columns cut off before they fully leave the screen - is a bit distracting
When you die, there is no option (that I can see) to return to the main menu - so if you want to take a new photo, you have to restart the app

Agree with the difficulty, although maybe have a difficulty level you can choose before you start rather than just making it harder from the off.

The start is a bit annoying given it just suddenly drops, took me 4-5 goes before getting the hang of pressing it to jump right away. May be better if it stayed motionless until the screen is pressed the first time.

Thanks for the thoughts.

It does get progressively harder, I started it easier so younger kids have a shot.
Around a score of 50 is the hardest, then you have to get the taps right to get through.

It should just start off paused until you first tap, but I have to work out how to do that

Good to know the Search is working now, gamefaceme is the quickest search term.

Is this just a different version of flappy duck or whatever the fuck that was called? Is it available on Android?

Version 1.1 has just been approved for the Free version, and the paid version is in Review and should follow shortly.

I made the game part "tap to start" so you don't crash and burn first up.
The gameplay has been tweaked a bit so the obstacles come a little faster, and the Gravity has been changed a little.

Most people are downloading the Free version, which is ok as long as you click on the ads from time to time, then I can earn some dosh and donate to the HJC

Let me know your High Scores, 35 is the highest I know about.

The game play is based on Flappy Bird, but you are in space with an astronaut dude, and you or your kids can take a selfie and put your face in the game. (which was not easy to do

I reckon I could get to 50 quite easily if my eyes weren't fucked. They get really sore if I look at the same thing for too long so have to look away. Obviously that's a massive hindrance in this game.

Is there a Windows Phone porT?

EDIT: Just realized its NOT an android app.

I am sure you will get a lot more downloads if you do an android port!

There are a few tools out there like Marmalade that can help port apps from iOS to Android
so I might see how it goes as an experiment.
