Train from Bordeaux to Limoges on Friday followed by Ryanair from Limoges back to JL. I only know this as I've just booked the exact same for a mate off here.

Got decent flights. Direct to Bordeaux out Wednesday. Train to Biaritz Friday and straight back from there £85 return. Can't fault that. Cheap enough to take my lad to his second euro away.

Went last time, go as central as you can, was a pain in the arse getting a bevvy after the match last time.

That one is right by central station: https://www.expedia.co.uk/Bordeaux-Hotels-Hotel-California.h2527009.Hotel-Information Ideal for Eagles fans!!

Always spares about for Euro aways, just a question of how many.

There will be spares for this.

I would NOT like to 100% confirm that I will have one, as that would be breaking the rules.

Bordeaux are charging around 37 euros max for big games in the sections close to the away end so could be around £27 for us !

the new away section holds 2000 and they are selling all 3 Euro home games in packs like last time round and our game should be the most expensive ticket of the 3.

the packs go on sale this week so LFC should recieve our ticket details by monday I would of thought so maybe an annonce for us early next week.

Bordeaux have a print your own ticket service so lets hope Anfield take up this option for our tickets.

will post more info when available and details on transport from the city centre to the ground. they have a good tram direct to the stadium and a fan zone !

see ya in The Connemara irish pub - YNWA !

Can't imagine they'll do print your own tickets. Although tickets aren't going to be massively in demand, could create loads of issues with duplicate tickets being printed and sold on.

bordeaux are selling tickets in the 3 pack for 78 euros from 9:30am thursday so lets hope LFC make an annoncement very soon !

if the 3 games are 78 euros our ticket might be around £20 or £30 if they sell our ticket more than the other 2.

they could sell the individual game ticket for us from the 12 september if there are any left !

Flying into Limoges on the Wednesday, bit of a cock how it's 12km away from the city centre and there's no bus or train connection into the city. Train from Limoges, change over in Perigueux and then onto Bordeaux. Back straight from Bordeaux on the saturday.

Not liking the prices i'm seeing, get the feeling it might be better to stock up from the offy rather than sitting in the boozer all day, hopefully the weather holds up.

Member with 1 credit from last year, pretty confident i'll get one especially without Thomas Cook

I just don't get how hard it is for our ticket office to pick up the phone and ring there ticket office and ask what allocation and what the ticket price is. Then they can do a provisional message and say 'we are getting such and such amount at £... and all members with 2 aways from last season will be guaranteed'

Then people can make plans and stuff instead of having to wait round for them to fuck about whilst flight and hotel prices increase.
