i've bought tickets today sat in lower annie road block 129 row 31 seat 218. has anyone ever sat there or thereabouts? what is the view like??any help would be appreciated

Go the stadium planner on .tv http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/tickets/anfield-seating-plan
If you click restricted views on anny road end It gives you a good idea on what your seat is like

Ok, but is it a restricted view?? On the website it says that only seats 196-201 are restricted but its not clear.....

Not sure if it is restricted but it gives you pretty good idea of your view.Your just slightly further to the left of that pic.
If you bought over the phone they would have told you the view is restricted.

Ok....so is it because of the post covering the goal or the roof?the view online makes it look like you cant see half the pitch to the left...

The post will likely be restricting you a little.Your not in the last row so the roof shouldnt be the prob imo.

Definitely the upper tier. No idea what specific blocks though.

Can anyone tell me what the view is like on the anfield rd lower block 125 row 33, its just in front of the restricted seats so i`m wondering whether to phone and see if i can change them or not.
Got two others for the same block row 31 for the swansea game but i would imagine these should be ok.

Is 125 lower a restricted view? didnt think it was to be honest.

I think if you are row 33 you are prob the last row or last few anyways.

Should have no probs seeing the pitch id have thought, prob wont be able to see the kop stand and the top of the other stands but thats just a general view, overall for the game it should be ok.

Cheers mate, as long as we can see all of the pitch and the goals without a fat head or overhanging tier in the way then me and the lad will be happy.

Cheers mate, its a long old trip to get there to find myself not being able to see the game especially as I have found Anfield Road to lack the atmosphere of the other areas of the ground.

Been on row 13 several times in the upper anny. Decent view and we prefer it to rows 9 to 12, as you can usually stand for key bits of the action as you're on the back row and so no concerns about blocking others views. Stewards won't let you stand throughout - but you can definitely get up early when the action gets close to the anny end goal. We think the atmosphere is better than in the lower kemlyn or parts of main stand. But that's just personal opinion.

Got a ticket in my basket for the newcastle game, Anny Road upper, block 228 row 13, which seems to be right at the back. Will I see much? I'll be standing if allowed and others are but just wondering if there's anything obstructing the view.

True! No idea if I've actually got a ticket though. Completed checkout (still over 10 minutes remaining from what I could tell, timer said 21 and I hadn't been on the checkout page for more than about 5), then when I clicked confirm it said "your session has expired for one of the following reasons: 1. You have successfully completed checkout. 2....". I've got no email to confirm the ticket though, so I assume I haven't got one?

Cheers mate, just in the queue waiting to log back in now. I only scanned the page very quickly but I'm not sure there was a confirmation on there (apart from "you have successfully completed checkout" being in the list of reasons for timeout, if that counts), so it's not looking too good
