Not surprised - they were always going to be more fired up that we were; all this talk about them has given them a bit of spring in their step. They're all over us and have a point to prove.

We've been on a mid-season brea... training camp and look pretty much worse off for it.

It was always going to be a hard game considering their motives - one thing that this does prove, Ranieri probably was sacked via player power.

Anyhow, Lucas is out of position, Can, while very good, just slows our play down far too much.

You just knew it didn't you? All the faux positive spin from a mid-season break only brought about by us crashing out of two competitions (well, three..) in a matter of weeks. Plenty of talk but out there on the pitch the entire fucking lot of them are gutless.

We could gut this entire club in the summer and I honestly don't think I'd be disappointed to see a single one of them gone. Same players turning in the same pathetic performances time and time again.

Performance had been atrocious. We are playing 2 midfielders at the back whilst spending fuck all in Jan. We were 2nd at the start of the year. We looked at the squad and decided it was good enough. Only ourselves to blame.
