Was thinking the same. His relentless high energy pressing is one of the things I love about him.. wish he'd chill a bit in a pointless international friendly though.

Different crowd when the NT plays. Mostly families and non-league fans. Also tickets are way more expensive than Bundesliga tickets.
It has always been that way with international games, if the opposing nation brings more than 300 fans, they are always louder.

I was at a German NT once here in Hannover and it was a weird experience, I didn't know what to sing and felt no connection to the other people in the crowd.

Decided to switch off when I heard the first rendition of "The RAF from England shot them down". Insulting the Germans in their own country. i saw it first hand in the World Cup 2006. Just pig ignorant fans who follow the National team. Cant be arsed with England any more ....
