Have you read the build up thread? Seems those losses at the Reebok have hurt over the years.

When you elbow the keeper so he drops the ball and then score because no foul is given it is quite annoying and when you are given a free kick because Reina had hold of the ball in the area, well yes it is quite annoying. Not to mention a clearly onside goal being disallowed.

When speaking of our rivals, Bolton don't even enter the equation. Defeats over the years? Three since 2000? About the same - quite embarrassingly - as Middlesbrough. Do they have an inflated ego over it, suddenly thinking there's this huge rivalry between the two clubs? No. It's just a load of wind-up merchants on a Bolton forum trying to spice up what has become a dull period for your club.

There's no 'huge rivalry', we just dislike Benitez with his "Bolton don't play by the rules" garbage etc. Now Allardyce has gone it's not quite the same, I used to enjoy their pre-match verbal jousts but haven't heard anything this season, shame...

I only recall a couple of really suspect decisions at the ground of a small club this season.
