It's where contact was made. Was outside the box unfortunately

No it's not. If the player has one foot inside the penalty area then he is in the penalty area. It's a penalty.

WHY DID SUAREZ GO FOR THE CHIP?!?!

Thought for sure he was going to knock it past the keeper and put it into the open net, like he usually does. Probably should have just done that or slotted it home straight up.

You wouldn't be saying that if it went in.  ;)

Suarez can do whatever the fuck he likes. Fact.

not read the thread but Ref was spot on with the handball.Only mistake is that Reo whatshisname should be in the book.

Off the boil a little in the last 10 minutes, but boss as fuck before that. Should be much futher ahead, and hopefully we will be before long.
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

First ten minutes are key, not necessarily by scoring (although that would be nice). But more so with attitude, I don't want to have the same feeling against Sunderland and end up ruing those missed opportunities!

Yeah, thought the Ref had been good, a couple time I thought he had got it wrong, but was spot on.

Although, Bolton keep fouling to break down moves and need to be carded for that soon.

He blocked the ball twice as well, once is forgiveable but twice is a piss take.

Played some great footie there, Hendersons best game so far, few great balls through from Charlie, Suarez sublime as always but should of scored, agree with most we should of had this wrapped up already, wasn't a peno the ref got that right, but we're playing some great stuff at times, big fella to come on after about 60 mins and get on the end of a cross.

Steinson had a foot inside the area. It's a penalty.

it's not. if you look at it another way, if the keeper handles the ball outside the box but his body is in the box it's still a free kick is it not?

Hopefully we put this to bed in the second half, should have been 4-0 already in the first half. Lucas is boss and I hope he is okay to start from the second half.

Suarez is class as always and I'm afraid from our defense to be honest, especially Carra and Skrtel.

I thought he played well, but I didn't think he'd been that involved. Great to see.

The movement of Kuyt, Suarez, Hendo and Downing is brilliant. I can't figure out who's playing where. Zat must be having nightmares.

What about the times we've won the ball and the ref has awarded a FK to bolton. It just so happens he's been correct most of the time, if the handball was in the box he'd of still said outside.

The "foul" adam commited on the near side by the dugout, the fella just pulled the ball the other way and adam made no contact and the fella just collapsed. Got a free kick which is the most likely way they'll score today.
