Thought you might like to see his motor, so here it is outside me gaff. Funny thing was when Robbie came in the house, my lad who's 18 and into cars, went outside to look at his motor! was a beuty mind, a merc i believe. Robbie said he was tryin it out for a few weeks to see if he wants it. Tough at the top eh!

I play piano, not brilliantly, but I keep progressing well enough to keep me interested. I play guitar. Shit at that, but it gives me an interest. I like using Photoshop and messing about with website and graphic design. I'll never be able to give up my job and pursue web design as a full time career, but I don't give up hope.

But, if I could do what you can do, I don't think I'd be able to sleep through sheer excitement.

Fucking fantastic talent and a great, invaluable reward with the visit of one of your heroes.

Well in mate.

Cheers guys, i'm so glad that i started this thread now. Goin back to Robbies visit, when he was gettin off and i shook his hand, the feeling of pride was just immence. I've been a massive Red for 40 of my 48 years and had some unbelievable moments along the way. But this stands out alone, i thought me chest was gonna burst.
Were i'm sat now the portrait is to my right, and when i look at it i smile and feel so so proud, its amazin!

I was very impressed at the way he looked too, "fit as fuck" i think the saying goes. He really did look good and very slim indeed. He's obviously looked after himself during the summer break.
Does look like he's getting into shape there doesn't he. Well in Robbie lad.
he does look in good God shape.. ;)
How trim is Robbie looking.
He's looking in shape, too.
i have to say i was impressed with how lean he looked!
I don't think iv ever seen Fowler look so slim and fit.
Good to see him looking in such fantastic shape
and he looks fit as hell, so excited for this season to begin

Can I just say I fully second all of these remarks. But probably for entirely different reasons than most of you. The man is gorge.  :lickin Beyond that, though, I am very much looking forward to seeing how a full pre-season will improve his performances. Can I say how glad I am that he came back?

The Robbie portrait was amazing. Great job. Just for your talent alone, you deserved to meet Robbie. I'm glad it happened to someone who seems to deserve it so much.  :wave

I met a girl at a pub in Denver, Colorado recently from Liverpool, and she said she'd met Robbie whilst he was at Manchester City. He was getting his hair cut in Liverpool and her mate called her to run over, which she immediately did. When she arrived, she realised she hadn't brough a camera, but didn't know how long Robbie would be there so she decided to meet him without worrying about the camera. She said he was amazingly nice, and actually offered to wait while she ran across the street to buy a disposable camera.

Whenever I hear stories like that (or read ones here), it always makes me grin. Robbie seems like such a classy person.

That's an excellent portrait Red Artist!  Have you sketched/painted any other LFC players?  You should start a thread showcasing your work.

He has.

Here is my portrait of "God" himself. I've used acrylic paints on a stetched canvas. It measures 20" x 16", and is reday to hang.

The price for this painting, (not a print), is £140, wi 25% goin to the H.J.C.
Prices for prints start at just £10.

All comments welcome, and cheers for lookin.

The second one is the original, meant to put that one up first. The Red one is to show you that you can have a print in a different shade, your choice.
