2013-2014 Football Predictions
« on: May 20, 2013, 06:24:47 pm »
So its the end of the season, and prior to the madness of the transfer window, we're left with little to discuss apart from reviewing the season and the colour of the nets at Anfield. Influenced by Tonysleft thread for last years Premier League predictions, I'm widening the remit a little. Firstly, I think it would be interesting to get everyone's predictions before the big signings happen and secondly given this is the general football section, get some predictions on the other leagues. So the idea is we're making semi-prophetic predictions before the chaos ends. Will Everton sink or swim? Are the board so inept that they will get someone in on the workfair scheme? Nail your colours to the mast and claim that United will finish 16th and Tony Hibbert will be the thin blue line - their immovable bulwark against the dangers of the relegation zone.

Also, it will be interesting to revisit this at the end of the transfer window, to decide whether gut instinct still has its place or the statisticians and Phase of Play acolytes are the best judges of a clubs merit.

Here is the form to fill in, i'll leave it blank and make my predictions in another post for ease of copy pasting:

Flop of the season (For now; predicted signing - both managers and players):
