If i am STH in the ACS can i not buy any more tickets for this game?

My son (7yrs old) is keen to go (his first Anfield trip) but obviously can't sit on his own. I would happily pay for another 2 tickets together (leaving my usual seat empty) but don't see how it is possible.

Anyone got any ideas?

Go to the TO and ask for paper tickets? There are still pairs together. You might be able to pass on your ST seat to a mate? Will depend on how helpful the person you speak to is though!

I am in the Auto Cup Scheme but I am still waiting for my paper-ticket for this cup-tie. They took my payment two weeks ago on the 16th of December.

Anyone else in the same situation ?

Managed to get three together at the TO easy enough. £25 all round was a bit of a letdown but hey.

Probably. They can only say no! Try explaining the issue but if that doesn't work maybe ring back and just pretend you don't have a membership, or give them your son's details so they have to send paper tickets? Should be easy enough for them if they try!

If you're in the ACS, would you get a paper ticket? I thought you just use your fan card and go to your ST seat (I do) or you get a text with your seat details in? Or just note them from your account history. Maybe ring and check but that is what I thought $:-\$

I elected not to use my season-ticket seat so I should get a paper-ticket instead of my card being activated. I might have to ring to arrange a duplicate if the ticket has not arrived by Friday. Thanks anyway.

All sorted through someone on another forum who had 2 unused membership cards.

Row 20 Kop end of the lower kemlyn stand, 3 seats apart but hopefully one of the 2 people in the middle will be happy to move along a seat.

Having only sat in the Kop dies anyone know if that is a good spec?

If going to the ticket office tomorrow, could you use my fancard to get a ticket for this? Don't care where i sit.

I missed the fan card only online sale on the 19th as i was away working in Holland. I just phoned the TO to explain situation, but they could only do it if it was in person at the window, or through a members card online. But i want to use my fan card and keep the history on the fan card. so catch 22 as i don't live near and can't get to the ground today.

happy to paypal the money tonight, if anyone can help.

I got a card from the Royal Mail yesterday informing me that there was an item waiting for collection at my local sorting-office, an envelope that the sender had not bothered to stamp or frank.

I have just collected the envelope after paying a handling fee. The envelope originated from Liverpool Football Club and contained my ticket for Sunday's cup-tie.

I am pretty sure that these cup tickets for supporters on the ACS were sent out before Christmas. Whilst obviously being relieved to get my ticket at last, I am appalled (but probably not surprised) that the club would send anything out in the post without bothering to put a stamp on it or putting it through their franking-machine. The incompetence of these ****s seem to have no end

It's only £1.50 so I am not overly concerned about that. It is more about them posting a ticket out without putting a stamp on the envelope or franking the envelope with their own machine.

In the end I decided to write to Jeanette Dodd, the Vice-Chair of the Supporters' Committee, and she has already replied to tell me that she is looking into the matter and will be asking "the ticketing team" to investigate further.

Liverpool Football Club have issued the following information regarding the parking of fan coaches for Sunday's FA Cup third-round tie with Oldham Athletic at Anfield.

Owing to a large number of coaches reported to be travelling from Oldham for the fixture on Sunday, the reduced number of home coaches travelling and in order for Merseyside Police to properly manage away supporter arrival, it will be necessary on this occasion to request home coach operators park in Pinehurst Avenue.

This area will, therefore, be reserved for such use.

We have now completely sold out of all available tickets for our upcoming FA Cup fixture against Oldham Athletic this Sunday, January 5 which kicks off at 3pm GMT.

If you are not in possession of a ticket we would encourage you not travel to the game as there will be no tickets available to purchase.

Supporters enrolled onto the club's Auto Cup Ticket scheme should check that their payments have gone through successfully by logging in here, selecting 'My Account' and then 'Purchase History'.

If payment has been successful, the status against the game, the FA Cup with Budweiser, will read 'PRINT'.

If payment has been unsuccessful, the game, the FA Cup with Budweiser, will not show.

As we expect the ticket office to be very busy on Sunday, we would encourage anyone picking tickets up to arrive as early as possible to avoid unnecessary queues.

I've bought tickets off a guy on here for the Oldham game who sent his membership cards special delivery on thursday, but they still havent arrived (royal mail fuck up). He's sent me the email with the seat details, is there anyway to get in and sit in these seats without the membership cards? Can you go to the ticket office with the seat detail email and they will give you a paper copy for the tickets?

Is there anything I can do so two seats don't go to waste tomorrow?

If you travel to the ground without the membership cards, they will want the credit card for the original purchase, along with Photo ID of the person who bought the tickets.

Think you might be scuppered

Cheers mate, it's as I feared. Fortunately the guy said I could pay when I received the tickets which makes me think that he's not trying to scam me and it's literally a fuck up from royal mail, which kinda pisses me off more as I know the tickets are probably sat down the road in the depot.

Have you PM'd the guy on here?

Ask him if he would call the TO first thing and explain the situation. See what they say.
