Series One was on BBC 4 last night. Watched the first two episodes. I'm intrigued and will watch the next double bill next Saturday. Very good.

It is a brilliant series, made up they are repeating the first one as I missed it.

No series 1 is now on iPlayer as it's being re-run.

Finally finished first series this week. Really good show with two very strong female characters. Looking forward to Series 2, which just arrived from Lovefilm. Can't wait.

Watched the first four episodes of Series 2 this week, and I have to say it is far better (thus far anyway) than Series 1. The feeling of dread, along with the many narratives threads, make this really compulsive viewing. Gory, brutal and brilliantly acted. Loving it.

Couldn't find a Spiral (Engrenages) series 1 or 2 thread but this one will do.

This show has become a great big fuck off blip on my TV radar.  Don't get me wrong, I'e always know it's there and It's always been a faint signal on the said radar, but now its incoming and it's coming in fast.

I will take a Scandie or French crime drama/thriller over anything else so am so excited to start this.

Going to watch the last in the Danish crime trilogy Department Q in the next few days then its on to Spiral.

Series 6 out later this year apparently. More turmoil for Laure I'm guessing.
