Hi guys - just logged in to the Keeper page on Yahoo and it says we have to finalise selections by 11.59pm Pacific Time Wednesday night. I think that is 7am UK time, Thursday.

On the league page menu, if you hit the drop down menu for the year, pick 2015 and it'll take you back to the league page for last year. Hit draft results and sort by team.

Really happy with my team. Thin pitching, so health will be important, but that's pretty much true every season. Couple other strong squads, though, so it should be a competitive season. Best of luck to all.

Overall, I'm happy with my team, although like last year I'm starting out with too many first basemen. My thinking was trying to add more of a mix of speed and power than usual, but as usual, if one is a bit more patient and willing to hold out, you can always find plenty of cheap power near the end

A question is why is this? Bigger strike zone, better pitchers, worse batters or a combination of all of those?

My history of baseball is not deep but would be interested in opinions.

My reign of terror is over! Well played, Lee. I thought I could sneak under you in walks while picking up another category but it wasn't meant to be. You had the tiebreak against me anyway.

I can't be too sad in this league. In another league I was denied a chance to play in the championship because I lost in WHIP after 3 decimals (both of us had 1.31). That's a kick in the teeth I didn't see coming as I was up all week too.

Congrats Garreth and thanks for doing a great job of organising yet again.

We use Fantrax for a NHL dynasty league and, you're right, it does allow more flexibility. The app and site is light years behind Yahoo though, it can be very frustrating to use. No issues moving to it for me though.

Gegenpressers will be back.
