Our midfield look disjointed and players were looking so lethargic as if they had played mid-week European games. We cannot afford to have players giving only 80-90% and leaving something for dinner.

It's hard to create chances against these tactics. It's why they do it. You usually need a moment of magic or luck to break through. Once you get it you get the result. Unfortunately with how bad we are at defending counters and set pieces it usually means we need two or three moments of magic or luck. It's why we're shite against bottom half teams. It's why we're going to struggle to get top 4 given our run in.

Slack defending for the goal. No surprise there. Never got out of 2nd gear offensively so we have a lot more to give. If we step it up, and we have to, we'll score a couple in the 2nd half.

It's no news that we start slow against these lower teams. That's weird and needs correcting.

1-1. We are the better team, but as per usual we seem to lose our concentration against the bottom half sides. We need to be more of a threat in the second half. It's Coutinho who can make things happen. Firmino, Wijnaldum and Origi need to step up.
