We seem to keep hearing that he holds talks with clubs, but they break down...

It's always assumed (or leaked by Sherwood) that Sherwood decided he didn't want the job or "wasn't given assurances" etc. However, it could be that the club in question thought he was a talentless bellend and decided not to pursue the matter further after spending 2 hours in his company...

It could be that he hasn't actually taken the Pro Licence yet and despite interest in him and from him, when it gets down to the details, maybe he didn't actually attend the course he was supposed to attend after all.

And doesn't think he needs to actually learn to be a coach first, Pro licenses are for the weak don't you know? He's much better than that. He's a player. A geezer. The man who can and will. They'll win because football is a simple game that everyone else over complicates. Just tell the boys to have passion and attack, and they'll win.
