Easy.

The movement, the passing, the intensity. It's all there. Lallana really makes a huge difference. Matip is a beast.

Nicely fucking done.

Good quality football overcoming that anti-football shite, that's what I like to see.

Keep it up in the 2nd half & we shouldn't have much problems :)

Beautiful stuff. Haven't created ton of chances but lovely, patient play and we've scored two.

For this kind of game we've created plenty.

Great 1st half, back to our old selves - we came out playing our normal game. We didn't create much early on but that was more because WBA were fairly resolute but slowly we started to pull them apart and what a way to open the scoring, a fantastic finish from Mane. Great team goal.

Of course, that dummy from Coutinho was bought by TWO WBA players! The finish again was clinical. We've probably only had about 4-5 shots on goal but have grabbed 2 which is what you have to do.

Can starting to look more like his old self too, lets go and get a couple more and finish them off

Some clubs were always destined for greatness...

Surprised at the Baggies's passive play.. expected a lot more niggle from them. Ben Foster with the most passes for them at 20 says it all and probably what caused the error for the 2nd goal.

As for us, we're becoming a real joy to watch. Lallana just inspires.

You can't gegenpress the gegenpressers!

With Can and Henderson in the centre you can't out muscle us either.

So far so good. Keep it up reds.

That dummy from Coutinho is pure sex. I'd like to have it in super slow motion, just to watch those oaks from WB defence slide slowly into space - with Strauss waltz playing in the background preferably.

Matip will get the recognition he deserves soon, we all know he's boss though.

He isn't flashy and that's "the problem". Eventually people will however start to see how good he is.

Btw......the way Coutinho took his goal was brilliant.

We are a bit fucking tasty, aren't we?

Only "problem" is that it shows how good Untied had to be against us to play the same formation (and that Robbie Fucking Savage keeps banging on about it).

Anyway - Fuck them. Let's have more and more importantly, let's concentrate at the back.

The only 2 situations where we get just a little bit of space in the final third and it`s two goals. That`s what you call ruthlessness.

Too fucking easy. West Brom are 2 nil down and they still have 11 behind the ball. A couple more in the first 10 minutes and ease off for the rest of the game. Who's next? Line them up.

Think Lallana might have the best technique I've ever seen on an English player
Can receive the ball anywhere with either foot
Joy to watch in that half
You obviously never watched Terry Fenwick in his time then.

People getting a bit complacent here. The game is not over yet and they'll probably press us much more in the second half and be much more scrappy.
Quote from: Dion Fanning

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.
