Presume "Manchester Munipal City Stadium"  means the Eitihad? It's been a few years since I was carried around the Cavern Pub whilst playing Beşiktaş songs on guitar when we played them in the Champions League, might be worth a trip over if it's only a few quid!

At Ataturk Stadium ( 2005 CL final  ;)  )

Our Inonu Stadium had been demolished and we are constructing a new stadium at the same location, near the Bosphorus.

Nice stadium and a great location and what will the capacity be?

So do you reckon Beşiktaş is ready for the CL qualifiers vs Feyenoord? Feyenoord lost quite a few players due to Hollands good world cup performance and I've seen you guys signed Ba. I would back you guys as favorites over 2 matches.

we are the favourite side against Feyenoord but we are not a seeded team play-off round. so probably we'll beat dutch side aftr that we'll be eliminated by tough boyz

Would love to see Beşiktaş put Arsenal out. Especially after Sanchez fucked us off for them.

Big ask for Beşiktaş. Arsenal played Fenerbahce last year if memory serves and beat them with loads left in hand. Seems unlikely that a team who finished 12 points behind them in the Turkish league would have enough to knock out Arsenal. There's always a chance though, and on this occasion it'd be great if Bekistas could do 'em

Good luck The Black Eagles!
They have life in them, they have humour, they're arrogant, they're cocky and they're proud. And that's what I want my team to be.

One day (year) these 4th placed fuckers will get the shock of their lives and fuck it up in one of these play-offs.

Be great if it was this year.

Made me thankful though that we are straight into the group stage.

_ _ _ _ _ _ _

On another note ...  I saw this play-off fixture ...

Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia) v BATE Borisov (Belarus)

.... and immediately thought "The winners in that will probably go into United's group"

..... and then suddenly burst into a wide grin when I remembered they're not in it this year!  Hahahahaha!
United used to win titles on easy street, time for us to take over that real estate

If it was a single knock-out game they would have had a chance, but over 2 legs, just can't see them beating Arsenal.
