Couldn't find a thread on this, went back about five pages and did a quick search... don't know if I'm missing it, but whatever.

I've always liked this competition, and I was gutted when we got knocked out. The quality is high as well now that there are only eight teams left. Despite Chelsea being the obvious favourites I fancy Benfica to win it this year, I've got a soft spot for them as well and hope they do. I can see them smashing Newcastle tonight as well, as they are superior in every department and unbeaten domestically all season.

8:05 pm kick off for all games tonight.

Benfica v Barcodes ITV 4
Chelsea v Rubin Kazan
Tottenham v Basel ITV 1
Fernabache v Lazio

Expect both London clubs to join Benfica in the last four, and probably Lazio too.

An away goal for Kazan or Basel could make things interesting.

I'll be watching Benfica tonight.

can see newcastle getting tonked. benfica haven't lost in the league for 13 months and have already scored over 100 goals this season.

chelsea and spurs will both progress. hope dirk scores against lazio.

Think ill give the Newcastle game a watch instead as Benfica look a great outfit. As long as Newcastle aren't as boring as they were at Anzhi it should be a good watch.

gutted we're not still in this. Gonna give benfica a watch as theyve been outstanding this year. Hopefully newcastle dont do what they did away in russia or if they do, Benfica just roll them over.
