Well done the people who have campaigned long and hard over the last while. Take a bow. Brilliant news. Next.

Great news for the travelling fans!

Hopefully we can all keep campaigning to get a similar cap across the board (like that would ever happen, but the fan protests did this much!)

Well done to everyone who joined in the campaigning, and still does!

Arsenal reduce away prices even further - taking another £4 off £30 cap

Heard that before and misunderstood it.  Thought it meant we'd be paying £26 to go the Emirates.  Oh well, good on them.

Individuals who believe that their one insignificant little voice can't make a difference should have more belief.
Enough like-minded 'insignificant' voices can together make so much noise that it's hard to ignore.
This applies to many things, in both football & life in general.

Well done to every single person who played their part in making this happen, no matter how great or small you feel your role in it was :)

Great news and a step in the right direction. Well done to those who were directly involved in this, and all those indirectly involved including all the supporters who walked that day - it has surely had an effect on things and grabbed the attention of those in power.
Some clubs were always destined for greatness...

Well done! Definitely a result of the 77th minute campaign.

When Bournemouth don't sell out their away allocation on a Wednesday night next year, I might get a £30 ticket in their end rather than spend £59 in the main stand...

Yes well done to everyone involved.

There is another side to this and clubs may reduce the away ticket allocations to maintain revenues.

Its a starting point and well done to those involved in the protests and getting the message across. I wonder if other clubs might consider following Arsenals stance and knock another £4 off the £30 price?http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/03/09/premier-league-clubs-to-cap-away-tickets-to-30-for-next-three-se/

Those Liverpool fans who walked out have unquestionably played a huge part in this. Hope all the naysayers who said walking out would do nothing and that there was no hope of anything ever changing enjoy their cheaper tickets in future.

Everyone's on about the walkout (and rightly so), but don't forget the Hull boycott.  Quite a few on here were criticising our own fans for that, saying it wouldn't achieve anything.

Absolutely. Must admit, I was very sceptical about the walkout, but as I'm not a regular match-goer, I kept my gob shut and hoped for the best. This is a definite victory for everyone who has campaigned on ticket pricing and an inspiration to us all.

Remember it was SOS, Spion Kop, and the supporters committee who went to FSG with the idea tickets should be £30 when the new main stand is done.

Funny that the away tickets for the next three seasons will be....£30.

If they capped home matches, no other English clubs would have any competitive advantage, and we'd still be more competitive than Europe due to the TV money.

Great news, will save a fortune next season. Will the clubs still have that away ticket initiative money to share out like ours was used to knock a few quid off away tickets?

Oh, and I hope this somehow trickles down to the lower leagues too. Some of their ticket prices are crazy and this could possibly have a detrimental effect on their gates.

It's to replace the initiative money but Arsenal are going to carry on doing it, £26 for all their away matches.  Haven't heard of anybody else doing it.
