LFC Banner Project - RAWK Kop Surfer. What next for the banner?

The image you see below is the final version of the Kop Surfer flag. It took a little longer to get to where we are today, but the resulting design below shows its been been worth the effort! Please note though that in order to reduce the attachement size, the image is a lower quality one than the one being sent for quotes.
So far its been a truly collaborative effort, with suggestions, tweaks, and the benefit of past experiences being contributed by many people. At this point, we'd like to say a huge thanks to a several key participants in the whole process - Murpheous and Scouser-Tommy for their early design input, Kit and nige for taking the concept onto the next level and also to nidgemo for giving us a tantalizing preview of how this might look in reality!
Anyway, enough guff! We need to raise money and heres why...
Right from the start of the concept, the plan was to fund the construction of this flag through contributions from RAWK members. A few months ago we ran a poll to give us an idea of what sort of budget we could expect to work with. The results of that came in at around £1200.
In the last couple of days we have received a quotation from a local printing company called Scanachrome, based in Skelmersdale. Using state of the art printing techniques, the design will be printed onto the lightweight but extremely durable fabric of
Light Trevira.Given the size of the banner (in the region of 90 to 120 square meters), the high quality flame retardant fabric and the printing process being used, the cost of producing the flag is higher than first anticipated, but we believe its well within the reach via donations from a community that has several hundred regular users. Its also worth stretching the budget as far as possible to try and create something that will be durable, and stand the test of time.
If you wish to donate money toward the making of the flag, please click the link below. Before you choose to donate, please bare in mind a couple fundamental aspects that have underpinned the project from the kick-off:
1. No references to the site will be on the flag. Its an LFC flag, not a RAWK flag.
2. As much as donations are gratefully received, there will be no commemorative posters, photos, keyrings, mugs or anything else in return for your donation. In a sense, its an anonymous project. There may be scope for making up posters at a later date, but this needs to come after the primary objective it met.
Having said that, we will be sending an email to each donor, which will include a high quality screen saver version of the design, by way of a small thank you for funding the project.
